I’m Gill, Mum to two teenagers, experienced leader, mindfulness practitioner, and executive coach. I have served school communities for almost 30 years and learnt much about human behaviour and how we relate with one another. Relating well is a skill that requires consistent practice. But by approaching it with a gym mindset, it will be one of the most rewarding life skills you will master - in fact it’s essential.
When you build a better understanding of yourself and practise new ways of communicating with people from all aspects of your life (workplace dynamics, social interactions, parenting) you can make real shifts in the quality of your relationships. Beginning with how you talk to yourself.
Fundamentally, what we all strive for is to feel better about ourselves, feel seen and valued by others, and develop genuine connections that create a lasting influence in situations that matter to us.
I’ll provide you with a personal toolkit of strategies for developing more meaningful and fulfilling relationships. I’ll help you understand yourself and your relationship with others, improving your level of self-awareness in every day actions, words and behaviours so you can become the best version of your unique self.
